I was a little apprehensive at first when I walked in but left feeling extremely supported, comforted and taken care of. The staff worked really hard to help with my issue and a big thanks to Dr Howard and Michael who stayed with me during my visit until we got closer to a resolution

Dr. Mel is great.

Staff is extremely rude!!!!! They are disrespectful and condescending. My mother missed 2 appointments due to the driver not picking her up. When she called to resolve the issue, they were more into arguing than to find solution. Some of the employees are tarnishing the reputation of this center. I would not recommend this one. There are better options elsewhere.

They told me to shut up when my throat was closing from anaphylactic shock that THEY CAUSED by giving me medication Im NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE and said β€œI dont believe you.” I ran to broward emergency and they said β€œOh your still alive? You can leave. My throat was on and off closing for years until I ran to a different er outside of broward and received treatment. Due to them refusing treatment I have developed several other conditions and they refuse to make me appointments because they have stated β€œWe do not like you.” They will deny you treatment and the broward hospitals will call you a liar and ask for cash upfront. If no cash then you die like a dog in broward hospitals.

This is definitely one of the worst places in the world. It is so disorganized. The staff is so rude. The woman at window 1 is probably one of the most nasty unhappy person I've dealt with in a long time. She is useless. God forbid you have a question.

Makes the term β€œwaiting room” have a whole new meaning. You are more likely going to spend the whole day for a simple appointment, For an 9 am appt arrived just after 830 and then waited 75 min to grt a wristband. Then waiting 30 minutes but still havent seen thd vitals nurse. At this rate it willbe 3 before I see the doc with an appointment.

Wasted 2 days of my life just trying to milk the government. Came here to try and fill a basic zoloft prescription, and still haven't heard the psychiatrists voice.
